Meng is a Ph.D. student in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to that, he received his Master of Management at the Renmin University of China and Bachelor of Engineering at the Tianjin University of Commerce. He also spent a year as the visiting student at the University of Washington. Meng's research interests involve leadership, behavioral ethics, organizational justice, etc. He is currently conducting research on psychological contract breach with Dr. Sandra Wayne and on supervisory tough love with Dr. Robert Liden.
