UIC Business was honored to welcome Janet Foutty for the Fall 2026 Executive Exchange, drawing 185 students for an engaging conversation on leadership, artificial intelligence, the future of work, and the changing business landscape.

Drawing from her distinguished 33-year career at Deloitte, Janet shared both professional insights and personal experiences that shaped her leadership journey. Her authenticity, humility, and thoughtful reflections on perseverance, relationships, and values resonated deeply with our students.

We are grateful to Janet for investing in the next generation of business leaders and for making this Executive Exchange an inspiring and memorable experience for the UIC Business community.
