Introduction
Congratulations to Ali Tafti, Professor and Head of the Department of Information and Decision Sciences, on completing the Faculty-Administrator Leadership Program (FALP). This selective, year-long university cohort program supports leadership development among tenured faculty by enhancing institutional knowledge, strengthening leadership skills, and fostering cross-campus collaboration. As part of the program’s capstone, Ali delivered a final presentation highlighting the key lessons, insights, and leadership skills he gained through FALP.
