What an energizing evening of Flames pride at this year’s UIC Challenge of the Deans Basketball Game and Alumni Social! 🏀🔥
I had the privilege of competing alongside Faruq Sulaimon, a junior accounting student and first-semester transfer whose enthusiasm and dedication embody the very best of UIC Business. Together, we brought home the win for the college with a combined 28 points—a fun reminder of what we can accomplish when students and leadership team up.
But the night was about much more than free throws. From cheering fans in the stands to the lively conversations at the alumni social, the event highlighted the strength and connectedness of our UIC Business community. Faculty, staff, students, and alumni came together to share a meal, network, and cheer on the Flames during an exciting home victory.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night memorable. I’m continually inspired by the spirit, support, and pride that define UIC Business.
