I am pleased to share a new marketing initiative that will significantly expand the visibility of UIC Business throughout the Chicago region.

This opportunity originated from a recent meeting with Metra CEO Jim Derwinski, which led to broader conversations about potential collaborations between UIC Business and Metra. Through those discussions, a joint marketing campaign emerged to promote our graduate programs.

Beginning in mid-June, UIC Business advertisements will appear across three of Metra’s highest-ridership lines, positioning our MBA program in front of thousands of daily commuters. The campaign highlights the value, flexibility, and strong reputation of our graduate programs while introducing new audiences to the opportunities available through UIC Business. This partnership allows us to significantly expand our reach across the region while maximizing the impact of our marketing resources.

This initiative also supports our broader strategic goals by enhancing the visibility and reputation of UIC Business among regional professionals, employers, and community stakeholders.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Associate Director Rosa Rebolledo, MBA Director Sajna Razi, and Associate Dean Shail Pandit for their leadership in bringing this initiative to fruition. Their efforts exemplify the innovative and collaborative spirit that continues to advance the mission and reach of UIC Business.
