Özgür Arslan-Ayaydin, Clinical Professor of Finance, recently had her paper, Hitting the Right Note: The Impact of Lexical Complexity on Initial Coin Offering Success, accepted in Financial Review, an A-ranked journal on the ABDC journal quality list. The study shows that sophisticated and diverse vocabulary signals credibility in financial disclosures, reducing information asymmetry and boosting investor engagement in ICOs. She presented the paper to Department of Finance students at Finance Research Day on April 22, 2025.
