UIC Business is proud to share that Jaasai Matias, a finance major, has been named a 2026 scholarship recipient by the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE). Jaasai was recognized at the HACE National Leadership Summit 2026 on April 30, a national gathering that brings together students and professionals to advance leadership, career growth, and representation across industries.
This year’s summit theme, “Bridging Generations: Career, Caregiving, and Culture,” highlighted the importance of supporting emerging leaders while honoring the diverse experiences that shape career journeys. Jaasai’s recognition as a scholarship recipient reflects both academic achievement and a strong commitment to professional development.
