Meet Natalie Ramirez, a proud first-generation student, who graduated in May 2025 with a B.S in Accounting and Finance. She is currently thriving as an Audit & Assurance Staff at Crowe, where she combines her passion for numbers with her drive to make a difference.
Inspired by the lack of Hispanic representation in accounting and finance, Natalie was motivated to step into the field and be part of that change. After her first accounting class “everything clicked,” confirming she was on the right path. Today, she continues to grow as a professional while proudly representing her community.
For recent grads, Natalie shares this advice: “Strong communication is key—whether you’re asking questions, working on a team, or presenting, being clear and confident matters. And don’t underestimate Excel! Being comfortable with it can really set you apart.”
