UIC Business continues to expand opportunities for student engagement by introducing several new student organizations this year. These organizations reflect students’ evolving interests and create new pathways for involvement, professional development, and community building within the College. Starting this fall, UIC Business is welcoming Phi Chi Theta, our third professional co-ed business fraternity. While rooted in business, Phi Chi Theta also welcomes engineering students, creating an interdisciplinary community that brings together future business and engineering leaders.
Phi Chi Theta is a professional co-ed business fraternity committed to developing the next generation of business and engineering leaders through professional growth, leadership development, networking, and service. The organization provides students with opportunities to strengthen career readiness, expand their professional networks, and build lasting connections with peers, alumni, and industry professionals. Through workshops, guest speakers, mentorship, community service initiatives, and collaborative events, members gain valuable skills and experiences that support both personal and professional success.
