WalletHub’s recent study of entrepreneurial opportunity in the 150 largest cities in the United States produced some surprising results, with cities like Chattanooga, TN and Sioux Falls, ND outperforming economic behemoths like Chicago and Los Angeles in the overall ranking. The study focused on access to resources and business environment, tracking data on everything from the cost of office space to workforce education and the number of small businesses per capita.
