The Spring Career Fair united the Marketing & Sales, Managerial Logistics & HR, and Stuart Handler Real Estate career fairs into a single, high-energy event focused on connection and opportunity. Hosted by the UIC Business Career Center, the fair welcomed a strong lineup of employers and students for a day of meaningful engagement.

Building on the momentum of the fall semester, the event featured a mix of returning employers and new organizations, expanding students’ opportunities to explore internships and full-time roles across industries. Throughout the day, students actively engaged with recruiters, gaining insights into career pathways while showcasing their skills and experiences.

The enthusiasm of UIC Business students was evident, with employers noting the high level of preparation and professionalism among attendees. Many recruiters highlighted the strength of the talent pool and the quality of conversations throughout the event.

In addition to networking with employers, students had access to on-site resources designed to support their success. Express advising and career coaching services were available throughout the day, helping students refine their approach and make the most of each interaction.

Employer engagement for the fair was coordinated by Associate Directors Gaby Sanchez and Rosa Rebolledo. The event was supported by Lead Recruiting Coordinator Yajaira Sanchez and the broader Business Career Center team, whose efforts ensured a seamless and impactful experience for both students and employers.
