About
Adaora is a 5th-year Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management . Born in southern California, but raised in the Sunshine State (Florida), Adaora's research focuses on leadership, and how to bridge differences in diverse workgroups. Adaora is a former collegiate track and field athlete (hammer throw, discus, and shot put), who continues her passion for active living doing reformer pilates, swimming, and cycling on her road bike.
