“I’m absolutely confident that, for two years, if every nation on earth was run by women, you would see a significant improvement across the board on just about everything — living standards and outcomes,” Former President Barack Obama reportedly said. We agree and CNBC cites research by Susan Perkins, Associate Professor of Managerial studies, which examines if women are better at leading diverse countries than men. Research shows, “Among the most diverse countries, those led by women had an average of 5.4% gross domestic product (GDP) growth in the subsequent year, as compared to those led by men, which had an average of 1.1% GDP growth, according to Perkins and Phillips.
