UIC Becomes Founding Member of National Alliance to Increase Hispanic Opportunity Heading link
The University of Illinois Chicago and 19 of the nation’s top research universities announced the formation of the Alliance of Hispanic Serving Research Universities to increase opportunity for those historically underserved by higher education. By 2030, the HSRU Alliance aims to double the number of Hispanic doctoral students enrolled at Alliance universities and increase by 20% the Hispanic professoriate in Alliance universities.
