About
Robert Krueger is an Adjunct Instructor in the Stuart Handler Department of Real Estate in the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). He has also taught real estate, finance and accounting classes at other universities, colleges, and community colleges in multiple states. His work began as a senior accountant at VMS Realty Partners after graduating college. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a License Real Estate Broker & Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Illinois with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Mr. Krueger has worked in the real estate industry in the areas of investment analysis, accounting, and finance for over 25 years. His work experience includes working for private & public real estate companies such as Strategic Realty Advisory, Stone-Levy LLC, and Stone Financial Real Estate Group (for 15 years), a full-service real estate asset management and investment advisory firms. Also, prior experience includes working for the Hostmark Group, various hotel real estate investment groups, Envoy Net Lease Partners LLC, a real estate finance company specializing in single-tenant, net-leased properties, and VMS Realty Partners in Chicago. He has been a speaker for various conferences regarding real estate issues in Chicago and nationwide.
