Ways to Get Involved

Now that you're part of our vast alumni network, we hope you are inspired to reconnect and stay connected with UIC Business. Whether you are looking to engage with fellow alumni, connect with students, or volunteer, there are many ways to get involved. Below are opportunities on- and off-campus to reconnect with the UIC Business community.

Business Career Center Opportunities Heading link

The UIC Business Career Center hosts programs to engage students with the Chicago business community. We need our amazing alumni’s involvement to promote the success of these programs.

Alumni Connections

Volunteer to be a featured guest during our Alumni Connections series. Students are invited to a virtual Zoom session to ask our UIC Business alumni questions about their career paths, experiences as a student, and advice for being successful post graduation.

The goal of these sessions is to provide students with an opportunity to learn about different career tracks, expand their professional network, and gain insight into conducting informational interviews.

The UIC Business Career Closet is now open for donations.  The goal is to provide all UIC Business students with access to new and gently used business attire for career fairs, interviews, internships. We are asking staff, faculty and alumni for donations of gently used business attire.

Donations are accepted Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Douglass Hall. Please contact Rita Bieliauskas for more information.
